The conference was held in a direct and online format to 154 connecting points of departments, agencies, branches, People's Committees of districts, communes and towns in Tuyen Quang province and the connecting point of the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Giang province with the participation of nearly 4,100 delegates. It was broadcast live on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper and digital platforms of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio - Television Station.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that the fourth industrial revolution is taking place very strongly, in which artificial intelligence has become an important and breakthrough tool, helping to improve the efficiency of management, operation and administrative reform at agencies and units. Grasping and applying artificial intelligence into practice is an urgent task, aiming to promote leadership, management, operation and task implementation in Tuyen Quang in the industrial and digital age.
To further promote the achievements that artificial intelligence brings, the human factor, especially the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees, plays a key role.
The training conference is an opportunity for each cadre, civil servant, and public employee to have a more comprehensive and complete understanding of the application of artificial intelligence, to become pioneers in the digitalization journey, and to create a future for Tuyen Quang to develop sustainably. In particular, in the arrangement, streamlining of the apparatus, and organization of the implementation of the current two-level local government, promoting digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence to serve the people is extremely important and meaningful.
On that basis, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province proposed that, after the conference, departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities, communes, wards and towns develop specific and practical implementation plans to apply artificial intelligence into the direction, operation and service of people and businesses in their units.
At the same time, we are determined to successfully implement the goals of breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation in accordance with the direction of the Politburo, the Government and documents set forth by the Central and the province.
At the conference, delegates were trained on promoting AI applications in supporting the direction, management, and professional expertise of officials, civil servants, and public employees at all levels and sectors in the province; communication and exchange on AI with local socio-economic development in the new period; opportunities for business model innovation and strategic risks; AI supports personalization, quick and accurate decision making, etc.
Delegates also focused on discussing and exchanging about the role and application of AI in the industry and trade sector, building a data platform for the sector; applying AI in forecasting the situation of the education and health sectors; issues of professional ethics, social responsibility in using AI applications; applying AI in handling administrative procedures...
