VHO - On June 11th, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province organized a training conference on "Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting the leadership, management, and task implementation of officials, civil servants, and public employees."

The conference was attended by nearly 4,100 delegates.

The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, connecting to 154 locations including departments, agencies, and People's Committees of districts, communes, and towns in Tuyen Quang province, as well as the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Giang province, with the participation of nearly 4,100 delegates. It was broadcast live on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper and other digital platforms of Tuyen Quang Provincial Newspaper and Radio-Television Station.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, emphasized that the fourth industrial revolution is taking place very strongly, in which artificial intelligence has become an important and groundbreaking tool to improve the efficiency of management, administration, and administrative reform in agencies and units. Understanding and applying artificial intelligence in practice is an urgent task, aiming to promote leadership, management, and operational thinking in Tuyen Quang province in the era of industry and digital technology .

To further enhance the effectiveness of artificial intelligence, the human factor, especially the team of officials and civil servants, plays a crucial role.

The delegates received training on promoting the application of AI in the leadership, management, and professional work of officials and civil servants at all levels.

The training conference is an opportunity for each official and civil servant to gain a more complete and comprehensive understanding of the application of artificial intelligence, becoming pioneers in the digitalization journey and building a sustainable future for Tuyen Quang. In particular, in the current restructuring and streamlining of the two-tiered local government system, promoting digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence to serve the people is extremely important and meaningful.

Based on that, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province requested that, after the conference, the departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, cities, communes, wards, and towns develop specific and practical implementation plans to integrate artificial intelligence applications into their leadership, management, and service activities for citizens and businesses.

At the same time, we are determined to successfully achieve the goals of breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, in accordance with the directives of the Politburo, the Government, and the documents issued by the Central Government and the province.
