Emphasize the role and responsibility of Party committees and organizations to proactively and innovatively respond to tasks in the new situation.

This is one of the directives given by Comrade Le Quoc Phong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, at the specialized briefing conference on disseminating and implementing Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025, of the Politburo and the Secretariat.

Comrade Le Quoc Phong presented a specialized report at the Conference.

The conference was held on the morning of April 3, 2025, at the Provincial Labor Culture House, with the participation of nearly 400 delegates, including: Members of the Provincial Party Committee; provincial-level speakers; heads and deputy heads of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Steering Committee 35, the Expert Group, and the Secretariat of the Provincial Steering Committee 35; provincial-level public opinion collaborators; members of the Standing Committees of district and city Party Committees; heads and deputy heads of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Departments at the district level; secretaries of the Party Committees of communes, wards, and towns; and press and media agencies in the province. Comrade Le Quoc Phong, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation - Dong Thap province; and Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, co-chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates heard Comrade Le Quoc Phong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, explain the implementation of Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat; he also provided an overview of the initial results in streamlining the organizational structure of the political system to be more efficient, effective, and effective, as well as the challenges facing the province in the current situation. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee shared that, in the current new circumstances, it is inevitable that each official and employee will have concerns and feelings. However, each person needs to approach the arrangement and merger of administrative units with the perspective of creating development space for the common good of the country and each locality. He emphasized the role and responsibility of the Party committees, especially the leaders, in guiding, exchanging information, and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations to officials, Party members, and civil servants. Actively combat and refute false and hostile views on the Internet and social media related to organizational restructuring and apparatus development, contributing to social consensus. Party committees and organizations at all levels should be impartial in evaluating and selecting cadres suitable for positions in the new period, demonstrating affection and responsibility towards their homeland.

Speaking on the direction of information and propaganda in the coming period, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Van Dinh requested that the team of speakers, propagandists, social opinion collaborators, and press and media agencies continue to inform and publicize the situation and results of the implementation of tasks to reorganize and streamline the organizational structure of the political system according to the directives of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat; the preparation for the Party congresses at all levels, the 12th Provincial Party Congress leading up to the 14th National Party Congress; and to propagate and mobilize cadres, Party members, union members, association members, and the people to respond to and implement the guiding viewpoints of General Secretary To Lam in the articles "Lifelong Learning" and "A Future for a Generation to Rise Up". Activities to summarize 50 years of literature and art in Dong Thap after the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), including organizing a provincial-level scientific conference on the theme "50 years of literature and art in Dong Thap after the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025)".
