Forward Neymar and his teammates believe Carlo Ancelotti will change the face of the Brazilian national team.
"Ancelotti has won every title in his coaching career. I'm sure he will teach the players a lot," Neymar said on June 22nd, while attending an event organized by the charity foundation bearing his name.

On June 18, the President of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), Ednaldo Rodrigues, confirmed that Ancelotti will take over as head coach of the Brazilian national team immediately after his contract with Real Madrid expires on July 1, 2024. Brazil has been without a permanent head coach since Tite resigned last December following their failure at the 2022 World Cup. Currently, the Samba team is led by former international Ramon Menezes on an interim basis.
At Real Madrid, Ancelotti is coaching three Brazilian national team players: forwards Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior, and center-back Eder Militao. Rodrygo, who attended the ceremony organized by Neymar, declined to comment due to a lack of confirmation. However, the 22-year-old forward admitted: "He is Brazil's first-choice player. The CBF president trusts him, and so do we. For me, Vinicius, and Militao, we know him from Real Madrid and understand how great Ancelotti is."
It has been over 50 years since Brazil was led by a foreign coach. The most recent was the Portuguese coach Flavio Costa Joreca, but he only lasted three days, from May 14th to May 17th, 1944.
While attending an event in Brazil, Neymar received bad news when construction on the villa registered under his name was halted due to violations of environmental protection laws. The project is located in the town of Mangaratiba, on the southern coast of Rio de Janeiro state (Brazil).
According to local authorities, the construction process illegally used and removed clean water, rocks, and sand. If found guilty, Neymar could face a fine of at least $1.05 million.
Local officials said that during an inspection of the construction site, Neymar's father, Neymar da Silva Santos, insulted them. He only stopped after being threatened with arrest by the police. A spokesperson for Neymar's family and the PSG striker declined to comment on the incident.
