The feeling of soaring through the sky by paragliding is becoming an attractive experiential travel trend for tourists.

In Nha Trang today, Fly Vietnam Paragliding (a subsidiary of Hon En Adventure Sports Tourism Co., Ltd.) is the leading organizer of paragliding (non-motorized paragliding) and paramotor (motorized paragliding) flights.

Paragliding has appeared in many provinces and cities across the country. In Nha Trang, this activity has become popular in recent years and is developing towards professionalization, gradually shaping into a distinctive tourism product.

Unlike typical adventure sports, paragliding creates a unique feeling that is gentle and relaxing, yet also full of adventure.

A representative from Fly Vietnam Paragliding stated that when experiencing paragliding, tourists get to enjoy the feeling of freedom in the air, immerse themselves in nature, and have panoramic views of the city, sea, and islands from an altitude of 500-1,000m.

With its unique geographical advantages, featuring both high mountains near the sea and a mild climate with stable winds, Nha Trang is considered one of the most promising aviation destinations.

Currently, Fly Vietnam Paragliding offers two main flying activities: Paragliding, which involves using a non-motorized parachute to take off from a high altitude, relying on wind and altitude differences to fly freely in the air. The current flying location is at Hon En (North Nha Trang ward).

Unlike non-motorized paragliders, paramotors are equipped with engines mounted on the pilot's back, allowing for direct takeoff from the ground and active control of speed and altitude throughout the flight.

The unique aspect of this Fly Vietnam Paragliding experience is its takeoff location amidst the Vinh Phuong rice fields in Bac Nha Trang ward. The lush green landscape unfolds before your eyes, creating a feeling of freedom, peace, and exhilaration as you soar high above, taking in panoramic views of the city and majestic mountains and sea.

Fly Vietnam Paragliding has been officially licensed by the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province for paragliding activities. The flying locations have been licensed by the Operations Department (under the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army).

Before each flight, pilots and technicians are required to perform a full inspection.

Regarding weather conditions, wind speed did not exceed 5 m/s, ensuring safe flight conditions. The paraglider was laid flat, without twisting, fraying, or tangling of lines; all hooks, straps, and load-bearing buckles were tightened and inspected thoroughly.

The parachute and protective equipment are always ready for any emergency situation. The pilot maintains two-way communication with the ground rescue team via radio.

For paramotors, fuel is carefully measured, ensuring it's never less than 10 liters. The flying equipment is regularly inspected by Gin Gliders, a leading paragliding brand in South Korea.

Ground rescue teams are on constant standby, ready to respond in any situation. They also coordinate with local health centers, air traffic control centers, and professional rescue teams.

The pilots assisting with the flights all hold international certifications and have accumulated over 10,000 hours of safe, practical flight experience over the past five years.

In addition to flying skills, they also receive thorough training in tourist psychology, handling situations, and multilingual communication.

Mariya Volkova (a Russian tourist) who experienced paramotor flying said that she had flown in Indonesia and France before, but the scenery in Nha Trang is one of the most beautiful she has ever seen, especially when flying over Hon Tre at sunrise, the sea below reflecting the sunlight is very beautiful.
