Accordingly, from November 5th, Dak Lak Power Company will establish a forward command post at facility 2 (eastern area) to manage the response and damage mitigation efforts following Typhoon No. 13; assign personnel to be on standby, closely monitor the typhoon's developments; and strictly implement directives from superiors and local authorities.
The power management teams are intensifying efforts to clear vegetation along power line corridors, coordinating with local authorities to assist in cutting and trimming trees outside the corridor that pose a risk of falling and causing power grid failures; they are also inspecting vulnerable points and reinforcing weak points at risk of power pole collapse, landslides, and flooding.

Units are preparing resources, equipment, vehicles, supplies, and essential goods to be ready to respond to and mitigate the consequences of Typhoon No. 13; proactively coordinating with functional agencies and localities to be ready to respond to and mitigate the consequences of the typhoon and strengthening the dissemination of information on safe electricity use among the people.
24 internal disaster response teams from subordinate units are ready to handle incidents within their units and provide reinforcement within the company. The Planning and Materials Department is prepared to supply and transport storm relief materials and equipment to the eastern materials warehouse.
