* On the morning of the first day of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the year-end days, in the spring weather, Vinh City became peaceful and tranquil. Daily worries and calculations about making a living temporarily subsided, leaving only an exceptionally peaceful city.
