* In Resolution No. 03/2026/QH16 on the Election of Vice Chairpersons of the 16th National Assembly, the National Assembly resolved: The following National Assembly deputies of the 16th term shall hold the position of Vice Chairperson of the 16th National Assembly: Mr. Do Van Chien; Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh; Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien; Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong. Mr. Lam Van Man, a member of the Central Committee of the Party and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, holds the position of Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council.
Mr. Phan Chí Hiếu, a member of the Central Committee of the Party and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, holds the position of Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice.
Mr. Phan Van Mai, a member of the Central Committee of the Party and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, holds the position of Chairman of the Economic and Financial Committee of the National Assembly.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, holds the position of Chairperson of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, has been appointed Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Delegate Affairs.
Ms. Le Thi Nga, a member of the Central Committee of the Party and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, holds the position of Chairperson of the National Assembly's Committee on Citizen Petitions and Supervision.
* In Resolution No. 06/2026/QH16 on the Election of the Secretary General of the 16th National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office, the National Assembly resolved: Mr. Le Quang Manh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, shall hold the position of Secretary General of the 16th National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office.

* In Resolution No. 08/2026/QH16 on the Election of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the term 2026-2031, the National Assembly resolved: Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and a member of the 16th National Assembly, shall hold the position of President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the term 2026-2031.
