The Tottenham Paradox

Despite a poor performance in the Premier League, Tottenham have thrived in the Champions League after a 2-0 victory over Dortmund in the seventh matchday of the qualifying round.

This achievement helps Spurs accumulate crucial points to gain a significant advantage in the race for a top-eight finish (currently 4th with 14 points after 7 games), and relieves pressure on manager Thomas Frank. This is clear evidence of Spurs' strength when playing in Europe, a "different version" compared to their inconsistent form in the domestic league.
