FPT employees are more motivated to work thanks to the application of AI.

With the explosion of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Group's call for "AI adoption among all citizens,"FPT employees, especially young people across the organization, have quickly caught up with the trend, researching and applying it to their work, turning AI into a "virtual colleague" when they need to consult information.

Diverse creative avenues for individuals

Mr. Nguyen Duc Duy (FPT Online, FPT Group) is in charge of internal communication tasks, from writing articles and communicating policy messages to designing images and posters. He utilizes AI in all these tasks to optimize efficiency.

“I use AI for design work (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and content creation (ChatGPT). For design, we need to provide as much information as possible in the form of keywords, accurately describing the shape, color, and position of each part in the design. Additionally, use a command a maximum of three times; if it doesn't produce the desired result, change the command. For content creation, describe your desires very specifically, using commas between ideas, mentioning the context, genre, rhyme, or synonyms… However, we only use it for word reference; the rest is up to your own creativity,” Duy shared.

Duy also noted that many AI applications still charge fees, while others have too many functions, making the interface difficult to use, which made him feel uncomfortable when trying to learn about a new "AI friend".

Speaking about the benefits of AI applications, he commented: "These applications help reduce the time spent thinking and experimenting to create products, opening up more creative avenues for any product."

Personalize content according to your needs.

Cao Dinh Trung - Student Affairs Officer at FPT Polytechnic Tay Nguyen (part of FPT Education Organization, FPT Group) - assessed that AI has helped promote and realize ideas in an instant through commands, increasing productivity and processing time.

Responsible for educational design and event communication, Trung often uses AI built into Adobe software to save time in his design work. “AI applications save time in brainstorming, designing, and creating content, supporting creativity by suggesting new concepts and unique illustrations. They also automate some simple tasks like photo editing and writing descriptions, allowing designers like me to focus on more important aspects of the design, and support quick and effective personalization of content for different student groups…,” Trung enthusiastically shared.

"We need to provide specific and clear requests, including context and desired style. If using AI to create images, describe the colors, composition, and style in detail so that the AI can produce the most suitable results. If you are not satisfied with the initial result, you can refine it by providing feedback based on your desired elements," Trung said.

Through his regular research and application of AI in his work, Dinh Trung noticed that some AI image creation software was inaccurate in meeting detailed requirements (especially AI for creating characters and complex compositions). Meanwhile, the content generated by AI was often too general, requiring human adjustments to ensure creativity and suitability for the student audience.

Provide information quickly.

Working in the Culture, Integration and Employee Experience Department at FPT Software, Ngo Hoang Huu Loc often uses ChatGPT to support the proposal of activities to organize experiences for company employees.

“When using the ChatGPT application, I will clearly define the information I need regarding the type and method of organization, provide complete descriptions, and place them in a specific context about time, location, scale, and nature of the activity,” Loc said. Once it receives all this information, ChatGPT will return optimal results according to the research needs.

Loc believes that applying AI has helped him obtain reliable and timely reference information. In addition, by considering existing ideas and using the application's suggestions, he has a stronger basis for comparison and choosing the most suitable organizational model and method. However, AI applications also provide rather general results, so users need to research and adjust accordingly. "Overall, AI applications help me work more efficiently, and the quality of my work has also increased, so I'm even more excited," Loc expressed.
