The lottery winner of 85 billion VND gets lucky for the fourth time.

On the afternoon of June 30th, Mr. Bui Van Manh (Chanh Phu Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) shared his joy and surprise upon learning that he had won the lottery for the fourth time this month. He had just gone to the lottery agency to claim his 16 winning tickets from the Ho Chi Minh City Lottery Company's consolation prize draw on the same day.

"I still hope to win the grand prize someday," Mạnh told Tri Thức - Znews.

Mr. Le Phuoc Tinh, owner of the An Khang lottery ticket agency in Chanh Phu Hoa ward, said that after winning three times with a total prize money of nearly 85 billion VND , Mr. Manh was lucky again with the number sequence 489966. Each winning ticket received a prize of 6 million VND. With 16 winning tickets, the man born in 1981 received a total of 96 million VND before tax.

Mr. Tinh added that after 8 years of running the lottery ticket agency, cases of customers winning consecutively in such a short period of time like Mr. Manh are quite rare. Many of the agency's customers sent congratulatory messages upon hearing the news of Mr. Manh's continued good fortune.

After that, he continued to win 30 first-prize tickets in the Binh Thuan lottery and 16 third-prize tickets in the Ho Chi Minh City lottery. The total value of the three wins reached approximately 85 billion VND before tax.
