QTO - On July 1, 1989, Quang Tri province was re-established under the umbrella of Binh Tri Thien. Mr. Tran Trong Ton served as the first Editor-in-Chief of Quang Tri Newspaper. Facing numerous difficulties with a small team of staff, reporters, and employees, on July 13, 1989, Mr. Tran Trong Ton and his colleagues contributed to the publication of the first issue of Quang Tri Newspaper.
