To celebrate Christmas this year, musician Kai Đinh has just released a new EP titled "Season of Hugs." This marks the third consecutive Christmas season that Kai Đinh has released a musical product for his audience. "Season of Hugs" includes an intro and five new songs, featuring vocals from Hoàng Dũng, Min, Vinahuy, Juky San, Sivan, Hngle, PiaLinh, and rapper Dangrangto. The songs have fresh, vibrant melodies and a style suitable for young people. Each song brings warm emotions and a deeply personal narrative. Before "Season of Hugs," Kai Đinh made his mark with the EP "1+1 = Couple," which included four songs about weddings. Notably, as the music director for the film "Smashing Mom's Birthday," Kai Đinh has been highly praised by music professionals and fans alike.
After a period of infrequent performances, singer Ho Trung Dung marks his return with the album "Alive". The album features 11 songs, all composed by him, capturing his emotions about loving people and life through music. Currently available for pre-order, the album will be signed and personalized with a Christmas message by the singer. It will be released on CD, USB with lyric book, and cassette, and will be available on digital music platforms on December 31st.
“Alive” is the 10th studio album in the career of Ho Trung Dung, a talented vocalist. He has always established his own unique position and identity, transmitting positive energy to listeners. Notably, during the initial sales period of the album on the C'Ticket system, the proceeds will be sent to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to support people in Central Vietnam, joining hands with them to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
After making their mark four years ago with the song "Just Not Together," Tang Phuc and Truong Thao Nhi have marked their return with the music video "See It As If." The song, composed by Truong Thao Nhi, features a lyrical ballad melody, a style both singers excel at. "See It As If" was previously featured in Truong Thao Nhi's EP "7 Days After Breakup," but this comeback with Tang Phuc brings a fresh and unique musical feel.
The end of the year is also the season for live shows and concerts. Singer Phan Dinh Tung will hold a live show celebrating his more than 26-year singing career, titled "Dinh Show," scheduled to take place at the end of December in Hanoi . The male singer has achieved many outstanding accomplishments in the Vietnamese music industry and recently made his mark with the program "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Thorns." According to Phan Dinh Tung, the live show is expected to feature performances by People's Artist Tu Long, Ha Le, Do Hoang Hiep, and others.
The “F-City Concert: Futurise,” taking place on the evening of December 20th in Da Nang City, will bring together a lineup of artists popular with young people such as HIEUTHUHAI, Hoa Minzy, Kay Tran, Tang Duy Tan, Lyly, DJ Sunny, etc. “F-City Concert: Futurise” is expected to be the largest-scale music event in the Central region at the end of the year, with significant investment and a combination of music and performance technology.
The GENfest Music Festival will be held at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Hanoi) on January 17th, following several consecutive successful seasons in Ho Chi Minh City. GENfest 2025 is built on a new format – “GENfest Presented By Mbllion”, a series of mini-concerts for domestic artists. The program is directed by Duong Mai Viet Anh, and the first artist announced to participate is Phung Khanh Linh.
These projects and products offer music lovers many choices for entertainment and recreation during the year-end season.
