From bowls of porridge and meals of compassion at hospitals to the support and care provided to those less fortunate over the years, the Thai Binh Volunteer Group has written beautiful stories in everyday life. The group's journey of connecting with others has empowered many underprivileged individuals, while simultaneously spreading the spirit of sharing and responsibility within the community.

Members of the Thai Binh Volunteer Group presented a bicycle to Nguyen Minh Tu, a resident of Co Xa village, Dong Tien Hung commune.
Although only in the 4th grade, Nguyen Minh Tu, from Co Xa village, Dong Tien Hung commune, has been grieving the loss of his mother for the past three years. In their simple, dilapidated house, with peeling plaster, leaks during the rainy season, and scorching heat in the summer, the four of them—father and three children—rely on each other to survive. Their situation is even more difficult as one of Tu's two younger siblings suffers from ADHD. Nguyen Minh Tien, Tu's father, shared: "My wife passed away, leaving behind three young children. All our previous assets were spent on her medical treatment. Because the children are so young, and one of them has ADHD and needs constant care, my work is very unstable, and my income is inconsistent. Our family is classified as a poor household, and our lives mainly depend on monthly social welfare benefits."
Sympathizing with the difficult circumstances of Mr. Tien's family, the Thai Binh Volunteer Group proactively connected with benefactors, donated a bicycle for Tu to go to school, and also provided monthly financial support for the child's living expenses. This timely support and encouragement became a solid foundation, helping the family overcome this difficult period.

Nguyen Minh Tu, from Co Xa village, Dong Tien Hung commune, was overjoyed to receive a bicycle as a gift.

Dr. Phung Thi Minh Thuan, Deputy Director of Thai Binh Mental Health Hospital, shared: With the simple message "Sharing today – Happiness tomorrow," for many years, twice a month, the Thai Binh Volunteer Group has regularly delivered hot meals and porridge to patients in difficult circumstances at the hospital. These meals and porridge may seem simple to ordinary people, but for poor mental health patients, they represent sharing not only materially but, more importantly, human kindness, ensuring that no one is left behind.

The Thai Binh Volunteer Group presented gifts to underprivileged students who have excelled in their studies in Kien Xuong commune.
Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Hien, Deputy Head of the Thai Binh Volunteer Group, shared: "In the coming time, the Group will strengthen its efforts to mobilize social resources, connect philanthropists and members' contributions to provide timely support and assistance to vulnerable people and people with disabilities in difficult circumstances."
