In chào mừng the Party Congresses at all levels and leading up to the 14th National Party Congress, agencies, units, localities, and people in the province are actively competing to implement meaningful projects and tasks. This spreads an atmosphere of enthusiasm, contributing to the promotion of socio -economic development and creating a new image for the province.
These days, the construction unit is focusing its manpower and resources on completing the final items of the new Ba Chẽ High School - Phase 2. The project commenced in mid-2024 with the following components: administrative building, library, subject departments; theoretical classroom building, subject departments and other auxiliary facilities; with a total investment of nearly 64 billion VND. The construction aims to complete the infrastructure, ensuring Level 2 standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training , and to build Ba Chẽ High School into a high-quality public educational institution in the region. This is a key project of the district to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
According to Bui Van Dat, Deputy Director of the District Project Management Board: To ensure the project is completed on schedule, the Board is actively urging the construction unit to mobilize workers and machinery, focusing on overtime and extra shifts to accelerate the construction progress. At the same time, supervision is being strengthened to ensure the project meets the quality and objectives set out in the project. To date, the construction project of Ba Che High School - Phase 2 has reached 98% completion and is expected to be finished and put into use by the end of February 2025.
Ba Chẽ District also has three exemplary projects in the fields of culture, education , and transportation, selected as projects to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels. Specifically: the Khe Tâm water reservoir project in Nam Sơn commune with a total investment of 120 billion VND; the bridge connecting DT340 with the center of Ba Chẽ town, combined with an embankment to prevent landslides along the main road and residential area of Ba Chẽ town, with a total investment of nearly 249 billion VND; and the project for the District Party Committee headquarters and the Fatherland Front and other district organizations, with a total investment of nearly 121 billion VND. To date, these projects are basically completed, ensuring progress, quality, technical standards, and aesthetics.
Mong Cai City is stepping up its propaganda efforts regarding the Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 25th Party Congress of the city, to all grassroots Party branches and committees. At the same time, it is accelerating the progress of projects to celebrate the Party congresses at all levels.
Mong Cai City Party Secretary Hoang Ba Nam said: To create a vibrant atmosphere of emulation to welcome the congress, the city is promoting patriotic emulation movements, developing production, developing businesses, investing and mobilizing resources for socio-economic development; strengthening security and order, and effectively implementing social welfare work. The city has selected 16 projects to be inaugurated with commemorative plaques, such as the investment and construction project of Tran Phu High School; the renovation and repair of the Tra Co coastal promenade; the construction of a new Hai Son commune police station; and the book "The Mong Cai City Party Committee through the Ages"... To date, some projects are nearing completion and ready for the plaque inauguration ceremony. This will create a vibrant atmosphere of emulation among all cadres, Party members, and people of all walks of life.
Besides major projects and key district-level projects, most communes and wards in the province are urgently implementing many practical projects and tasks, such as: launching labor and production emulation campaigns; urban beautification; caring for policy beneficiary families and households with difficult circumstances… Notable examples include: the project to renovate and expand the road from the five-way intersection in Tan Phu village to the residential area in Dong Ha village, Tan Lap commune (Dam Ha district); the project to install 3 LED screens in the meeting hall and headquarters of Ka Long ward (Mong Cai city)… These projects not only practically serve the lives of the people but are also linked to the criteria in the emulation movement for building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, creating a new and developing appearance for the locality.
The vibrant atmosphere from these projects contributes to encouraging all sectors of the population to unleash their creative spirit and determination to strive to complete and exceed the planned targets and key tasks of their units and localities with the highest quality and efficiency, achieving accomplishments to welcome the Party congresses at all levels.
