The report presented at the conference affirmed that, over the 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 38, the Party Committee and Command of the 715 Economic -Defense Brigade have led and directed the comprehensive implementation of many innovative and effective models and approaches in mass mobilization work; linking production and business tasks with local development and strengthening national defense and security.

The discussions at the conference focused on clarifying the effectiveness of coordinated mass mobilization work between the unit and local Party committees and authorities; the role of village elders, village heads, and influential people in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to maintain political security and social order, and building a solid "people's support" in border areas.

On this occasion, the 715th Economic-Defense Brigade awarded commendations to 8 collectives and 10 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No. 38.

In the "Household Bonding" program in 2026, the organizing unit signed agreements for 23 pairs of households between officials, workers, and employees and ethnic minority households in the area; and symbolically signed one pair of households at the conference.
