(HNMO) - The Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) has announced that recently, numerous fake websites have been appearing online, falsely disclosing information about scheduled power outages and reductions in northern provinces and cities.
EVNNPC cited several websites that fabricated power outage schedules, causing confusion among customers, such as https://lichcupdien.org/lich-cup-dien-bac-giang; http://blogdao.net; https://lichcatdien.com/...
Specifically, the website https://lichcatdien.com/ is described as a tool for looking up scheduled power outages and reductions in Vietnamese provinces and cities, but it lacks information about the managing entity or its operating license.
EVNNPC affirms that the websites in question do not belong to EVNNPC or any member unit of the Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN).
Currently, EVNNPC only owns the website at: https://npc.com.vn/ and customers can check the power outage and reduction schedule at the Customer Care Center website, which is at: https://cskh.npc.com.vn/.
The Northern Power Corporation also affirmed that, with the highest level of effort to ensure electricity supply to customers amidst numerous difficulties, power units in the North have been maintaining 100% of their personnel and equipment on standby 24/7.
