Recruitment demand has increased sharply.

With the economic recovery and the return of many production orders, the demand for labor recruitment by businesses has increased significantly since the beginning of the year, with a wide variety of job positions available.

In the first six months of the year, businesses in the province needed to recruit nearly 22,000 new workers, of which more than 14,500 were untrained workers, accounting for 66.5% of the recruitment demand. Industries with high recruitment demand included electronics, garment manufacturing, business, mechanics, and technical staff.

To meet the human resource needs of manufacturing businesses, the province continues to implement solutions to support businesses in recruiting labor, ensuring both the quantity and quality of workers to meet the production and business needs of enterprises, and creating a connection between businesses and vocational education institutions.

In human resource training, meeting the recruitment needs of businesses; regularly informing employees and businesses about the recruitment needs of businesses and the job search needs of employees.

In addition, the province continues to research and issue appropriate mechanisms and policies, as well as urging businesses to pay more attention to employee welfare to help retain workers, such as building essential public facilities and social housing for workers.
