In An Phu commune, Quang Ngai province, the story of 19-year-old twin brothers Le Nguyen Thien Phuc and Le Nguyen Thien Loc is well-known. Growing up without a father, but with the love and hard work of their mother, Thien Phuc and Thien Loc quickly developed a sense of responsibility to their country. At the end of 2025, after graduating from high school, they both volunteered, determined to fulfill their sacred duty to the Fatherland.

At Regiment 95, despite being assigned to different units, they share the same will and belief that being trained and growing in the military environment is a great honor for young people.

The leaders and commanders of Regiment 95 met with and encouraged the new recruits, who are twin brothers, who had just joined the army.

Leaving the sun-drenched and windswept lands of Binh Dinh and Gia Lai , 19-year-old twin brothers Le Minh Tuan and Le Minh Kiet, carrying the simple yet resolute spirit of mountain dwellers, joined the army. Both are currently studying and training together at Battalion 9. For them, the army is not only a training ground but also a place where brotherhood is elevated to comradeship, working together to safeguard the peace of their homeland. After initial difficulties and unfamiliarity, with the care and support of their superiors and comrades, they gradually adapted to life in the military environment.

Le Minh Tuan said: "Compared to many of my comrades in the squad and platoon, I am somewhat luckier because when I first joined, I still had close friends to share and talk with. With my brothers and comrades by my side, I believe I will successfully complete all assigned tasks."

With the attention and support of leaders and commanders at all levels, the new recruits at Regiment 95 have gradually adapted and become familiar with the military environment.

It's not just twins; the spirit of "older brother goes first, younger brother follows" is also being upheld by young people in Nghia Giang commune, Quang Ngai province. The example of brothers Le Truong Hung Thinh, 22, and Le Xuan Thinh, 19, who volunteered to enlist in the army in 2026, is clear evidence of this. Despite their age difference, their maturity and shared understanding brought them together at their "common home," Regiment 95.

Currently, Hung Thinh is training at Company 10, while Xuan Thinh is serving at Company 9 (Battalion 9). The presence of the two brothers in the military is not only a duty, but also the most meaningful gift to their family, affirming the value of inheriting revolutionary traditions among generations of young people.

Upholding the glorious tradition of the 2nd Division, "Trustworthy, beloved by the people, respected by all. Wherever we go, we arrive; wherever we fight, we win," and the tradition of the heroic Mang Yang Regiment, "Unity, resilience, speed, boldness, and decisive victory," the officers and soldiers of the 95th Regiment today, including newly enlisted soldiers, brothers, and twins, continue to strive and train day and night. In the military – a great school for outstanding young people – these soldiers will gradually adapt and become familiar with the new environment.
