For nearly seven years, Ly Van Tri (born in 1981), Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of Thanh An Hamlet, Chau Thanh Commune, has always been enthusiastic and dedicated to his work, successfully completing all assigned tasks. Before becoming Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the Hamlet, Mr. Tri held many positions at the grassroots level, such as hamlet youth union secretary, hamlet and commune patrol team leader, participating in the work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the hamlet, and head of the hamlet mediation committee, etc. Regardless of the role, he always strived his best with the desire to bring a better life to the local people.

To date, over 90% of Thanh An hamlet's rural roads have been asphalted and meet the standards of the new rural development program. In particular, Mr. Tri always cares for and supports those in difficult circumstances in the locality. During holidays and festivals, thanks to his heartfelt generosity, thousands of gifts are distributed to people in need.
To bring the Party and State's guidelines and policies to the people, Mr. Tri employs many effective methods of dissemination, such as using mobile loudspeakers and building a propaganda network on the Zalo social network with 20 contact groups and 20 self-governing teams, in the spirit of "going to every alley, knocking on every door." From there, he has established a widespread team of grassroots propagandists.
In addition to his work as a village administrator, Mr. Ly Van Tri is also a successful farmer.
For those needing startup loans, he readily guides them through the application process; for the poor needing health insurance for medical examinations and treatment, he mobilizes philanthropists to provide support. He is also skilled in mediating disputes at the grassroots level. As a result, dozens of conflicts have been resolved promptly, preserving community harmony and unity among the people.
Mr. Ly Van Tri visits households that have developed farming and livestock raising thanks to the government's loan policy.
Regarding local Party building work, Mr. Tri is quite dedicated. Having participated in many tasks at the grassroots level, he has a thorough understanding of the local youth force. Passionate about her profession, dedicated, hardworking, and wholeheartedly committed to her work – these are the comments from leaders and colleagues about Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Nga, an officer at the Party Committee Office of Hung Dien Commune. After graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2021, Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Nga joined the Party Committee of Hung Dien B Commune and took on the role of office staff member for the Party Committee and Propaganda Department of Hung Dien B Commune, Tan Hung District, Long An Province (before the merger), now Hung Dien Commune, Tay Ninh Province.
Recalling her early days on the job, she faced many difficulties due to a lack of experience while the workload was immense. Ms. Nga shared: “When I took on the role, I spent a lot of time learning about office work. Ms. Nga believes that one must strive to complete even the smallest tasks. She takes advantage of every opportunity to handle work with the motto "finish the job, not just the time," sometimes working outside of regular office hours to finalize reports, proactively recording and documenting completed tasks, noting which ones were done well and which ones needed improvement for future projects. As a result, she has gained more experience and become more dynamic and creative in her office work.
Furthermore, as a Party member, Ms. Nga is close to the people, understands their thoughts and aspirations, and promptly mobilizes support for families in difficult circumstances, fostering unity and strengthening community bonds. In addition, as the secretary of the commune's mass mobilization committee, she always takes the lead in disseminating information to the people about the significance of the criteria for building new rural areas; actively participating in promoting effective "People's Mobilization" models such as: encouraging people to build green fences, clean their houses, village roads, and alleys to create a green, clean, and beautiful environment, and maintain hygiene in the hamlet.
