In his eyes, for someone born and raised in Hanoi, the Mekong Delta – even though he's visited many times – still feels strange, vibrant, and fascinating, from its scenery to its life and people... But what impressed Hoai Linh the most were the farmers; despite being busy and working hard in the fields, they always had smiles on their faces, so generous and kind.

The series of photos was captured in black and white by photographer Hoài Linh – he explained that it was so viewers could see the genuine, honest, and endearing nature of the farmers in the Mekong Delta...
