The image of Mrs. Bich regularly sweeping up trash with her broom or watering the flowerbeds in front of her house every morning has become familiar to the residents of Tan Du hamlet. Instead of undertaking grand tasks, Mrs. Bich chooses to contribute to the community through simple actions in her daily life. Maintaining a tidy house, keeping the yard clean, and properly collecting and disposing of trash are all things Mrs. Bich does diligently and regularly. According to Mrs. Bich, these small actions are not only the responsibility of each family but also the foundation for improving the quality of life for the entire community.
As an active member of the Women's Union of the commune, Ms. Bich has always been at the forefront of implementing the campaign to build "5 no's, 3 clean" families through practical actions. When the locality launched the flower-lined road model, Ms. Bich actively responded. In front of her family's land, she carefully tended to the rows of flowers, regularly watering, weeding, and pruning them, contributing to making the road more vibrant and creating a highlight for the new rural landscape.
Ms. Bich shared: "I think maintaining environmental hygiene and planting flowers to beautify the landscape are very practical activities that everyone can participate in. Each person starts with their own family, doing well and then encouraging relatives and neighbors to do the same. Gradually, good habits will be formed, contributing to building a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful new rural area."
Ms. Bich's exemplary leadership has created a positive ripple effect among women's association members and local residents. Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuoi, residing in Tan Du hamlet, said: "Thanks to Ms. Bich's propaganda, mobilization, and example in implementing the '5 No's, 3 Cleanliness' campaign, I also followed suit. I maintain a clean house, plant more flowers and trees, and actively participate in environmental protection activities in the locality."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhu, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Vinh Loi commune, commented: "Ms. Tran Thi Bich is an exemplary female member who always actively participates in movements and campaigns launched by the Union. Not only does she perform well at home, but she also enthusiastically promotes and mobilizes members and the people to participate in building a green, clean, and beautiful environment, contributing to the effective dissemination of the 'Skilled People's Mobilization' movement in the locality."
