Place your complete trust in us.

Along the rural roads, the atmosphere of election preparation in Dong Son 2 hamlet, Thoai Son commune, is bustling and serious. The public address system regularly broadcasts information about the rights and obligations of voters, and the standards for elected representatives; polling stations are decorated solemnly, ready for the event. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Loi, Head of Dong Son 2 hamlet, said that the preparation of facilities is basically complete according to the instructions of the commune's Election Committee. A new feature of this election is the early and systematic implementation, from reviewing the voter list to extensive propaganda, helping people understand the time, location, and voting process.

During these gatherings, the topic of "representatives for the voice of the people" became a subject of interest for the community, including the Chinese community. Mr. Ngan Minh Nhon, representative of the Chinese Community Council of Thoai Son commune, shared: "We always consider ourselves an inseparable part of the Vietnamese nation. Each vote is not only a right but also a responsibility to our homeland and country. The community hopes to elect individuals with sufficient virtue and talent to represent the will and aspirations of the people."

To ensure voters understand and comply with the regulations, Mr. Nhon and the members of the Religious Affairs Committee actively disseminated information, reminding people to follow official sources, carefully study the list of candidates, and vote correctly and completely, contributing to the overall success of the election.

Deepening solidarity

In Tan Hiep A hamlet, Oc Eo commune, the atmosphere of preparation is equally bustling. Under the roof of Kal Po Pruk pagoda, election propaganda is integrated into religious activities. Father Thach Chanh Sone, a respected figure among the Khmer people, regularly collaborates with the government to raise awareness among the community about their rights and responsibilities as citizens. Father Sone said: “The Khmer people are very excited and expect to elect representatives who are closely connected to the grassroots, who listen to and promptly address the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people. I also remind the people to proactively arrange their work and go to the polls on time.”

According to Tran Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Oc Eo commune, the delegate structure was implemented in accordance with regulations, ensuring representativeness, with a focus on the representation of ethnic minorities and religious dignitaries, in line with the local characteristics of a multi-ethnic, multi-religious area. The official list includes one delegate who is a Khmer ethnic minority official, one delegate representing Kal Po Pruk Pagoda, and one delegate from the Hoa Hao Buddhist Management Board. “Recognizing the commune's unique characteristic of having a large Khmer population, the local authorities proactively coordinated with Kal Po Pruk Pagoda to organize propaganda through activities and study sessions at the pagoda. Leveraging the role of influential figures within the ethnic minority community to disseminate information to individual families has helped people raise awareness and exercise their civic rights effectively,” Mr. Tuan emphasized.

Election Day is fast approaching. With thorough preparation by the political system and the sense of responsibility and solidarity of people of all ethnic groups and religions, each voter's ballot will be an expression of trust, contributing to building a new National Assembly and people's councils at all levels that truly represent the will and aspirations of the people, for the sustainable development of our homeland and country.
