On November 20th, Le Hong Phong Primary School celebrated the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day. Attending and sharing in the joy with the teachers and students on this 43rd anniversary was Mr. Tran Quang Tuong, City Party Committee member and Secretary of Gia Vien Ward.
This is an opportunity for teachers and students to reflect on the tradition of respecting teachers and honoring the profession of "nurturing people," the noblest of all professions.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Principal of Le Hong Phong Primary School, shared: "Over 34 years of construction and development (1991 - 2025), Le Hong Phong Primary School today has a spacious appearance, a strong staff, and increasingly affirmed educational quality - this is the culmination of the dedication, intelligence, and efforts of generations of administrators and teachers who came before."
It is the teachers—those who laid the first bricks to build a solid foundation for the school's growth and development—who have left indelible marks on the glorious journey of more than four decades of "nurturing future generations."

In the warm and heartfelt atmosphere of the reunion, the entire staff, teachers, and employees of Le Hong Phong Primary School expressed their profound gratitude to the teachers who have dedicated their lives to the cause of education and to this beloved school. These teachers include: Vu Thi Tao, former Principal (1991-2005); Pham Thi Tuyet Hanh, former Principal (2005-2010); Do Thi Nu, former Principal (2010-2016); Nguyen Thi Hoa, former Vice Principal (2005-2013); Bui Thi Lan, former Vice Principal (1991-2004); and Tran Thi Thinh, former Vice Principal (2004-2016).

Continuing its tradition and leveraging its internal strengths, in recent years, Le Hong Phong Primary School has made even more proud achievements on its journey of building and developing the school. Thanks to the continuous efforts, dedication, and creativity of the school's staff, teachers, and employees, in the 2024-2025 school year, the school as a whole achieved the title of "Outstanding Labor Collective" and received a Certificate of Commendation from the Chairman of the People's Committee of the City.
With a spirit of enthusiastic competition, unity, and a desire for excellence, in the 2024-2025 school year, many teachers achieved outstanding results, contributing to the glorious traditions of the school. These teachers are shining examples, inspiring the entire teaching staff with their dedication and innovation.
The school is honored to have Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, the school principal, receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for outstanding achievements in education and training from the 2020-2021 to the 2024-2025 school years, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland; Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong, who received a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training for outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Innovation and Creativity in Management, Teaching and Learning"; and Ms. Doan Thi Hong Luong and Ms. Do Hong Nhung, who were awarded the title of City-level Emulation Soldier for the 2024-2025 school year.
During the past school year, Le Hong Phong Primary School achieved impressive educational results. 80% of students completed their tasks with excellence; 329 students won awards for academic excellence and talent at various levels; 11 teachers received awards for excellent teaching and excellent homeroom teaching at the district and city levels; and 20 teachers achieved success in nurturing gifted and talented students.
These achievements are vivid evidence of the spirit of unity and the tireless efforts of the school's teaching staff, especially the dedication and enthusiasm of the teachers.
With the attention of leaders at all levels, the support of parents, and the determination of the teaching staff, Le Hong Phong Primary School will continue to achieve even more successes in the coming school years, worthy of the trust and affection of society, said Principal Nguyen Thi Thu Huong.
