Immediately after the holiday, the Nam Quang Industrial Cluster was bustling with activity. On the production lines and in the workshops, machinery operated continuously, and workers focused intensely on each stage of production, ensuring both progress and product quality. The Deputy Director of Thai Hoang Trading Joint Stock Company stated that to meet order demands, the company is operating three shifts continuously for 24 hours. Nearly 400 employees are assigned to rotating shifts, managing production scientifically , ensuring safety and efficiency.

Alongside increasing production, the company pays special attention to the well-being of its workers. The factory organizes mid-shift meals, increases food portions to ensure adequate nutrition, and provides workers with complete clothing and protective equipment, helping them feel secure and committed to long-term employment. The company aims to export 10 containers of high-quality plywood to the US, Japan, and Europe within the first two months of the year. According to the 2026 plan, the company aims to produce and export approximately 35,000 m³ of plywood, generating revenue of around 400 billion VND, ensuring stable employment for workers, and fulfilling all its obligations to the state budget.

Also located in the Nam Quang Industrial Cluster, Hai Ha Paper Joint Stock Company quickly commenced production on January 2, 2026. According to the company's director, Vu Dai Dong, the factory currently operates two shifts per day and night. It is projected that in 2026, the factory will produce and sell 3,000 tons of base paper for export, creating stable employment for 45 workers and contributing approximately 2 billion VND to the state budget.

At Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Company Limited, the atmosphere of production is bustling and vibrant throughout the workshops. The iron smelting and steel rolling lines operate continuously, with workers in shifts, maintaining high levels of concentration to ensure product quality and meet market demands.

Sharing insights into the company's operations, Mr. Nguyen Duy Luan, Director of Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Company Limited, stated that one of the key factors contributing to the company's stable development is the continuous innovation in management methods, improving the efficiency of production and business operations, coupled with investment in technology and scientific production organization. Looking ahead to 2026, Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Company Limited aims to maintain stable production, maximize the capacity of existing production lines, and enhance product quality and production and business efficiency.

Accelerate production and build momentum right from the start of the year.

At the wood pellet production plant of HTC Vina Co., Ltd. (Bac Quang), the atmosphere is bustling with activity. The company has invested in a modern production line specializing in manufacturing wood pellets from wood waste collected from processing facilities in the area. Maximizing the utilization of waste materials not only helps reduce input costs but also contributes to environmental protection and enhances the value of the raw materials.

Thanks to the application of advanced technology, the factory's average output reaches approximately 600 tons of wood pellets per month. The products are consumed domestically and exported to demanding markets such as Japan and the EU. Currently, all workers are maintaining a continuous three-shift system to fulfill signed orders. The company's management closely monitors production, promptly resolving difficulties and ensuring the stable operation of machinery and equipment.

According to Mr. Hoang Duc Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province: The value of industrial production (at 2010 constant prices) is projected to reach VND 33,400 billion in 2025, an increase of 16.6% compared to the same period in 2024 and achieving 100% of the 2025 plan. Based on this result, the GRDP growth rate of Tuyen Quang province will reach 8.01%. One of the bright spots attracting industrial investment is the Son Nam Industrial Park, where An Binh Feldspar Co., Ltd. has been operating stably for nearly 20 years. On average, the company produces over 100,000 tons of various types of limestone powder annually, generating revenue of approximately 40 billion VND, contributing 3 to 5 billion VND to the state budget, and creating jobs for 58 workers, 70% of whom are ethnic minorities. Their average income is projected to reach 11.5 million VND per month by 2025. Nguyen Duc Thanh, Director of An Binh Feldspar Co., Ltd., stated: "Currently, the company is accelerating its efforts to fulfill orders before the Lunar New Year of the Horse and increase workers' income so they can have a more prosperous holiday."

Practical experience in industrial zones and clusters shows that proactive production organization, technology investment, and care for workers' lives, along with the support of all levels of government, have created important momentum for industrial production.
