In addition to campaigning for the construction of traffic bridges, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh My commune also coordinated with the government to create roads adorned with the national flag (photo: Inauguration of the national flag road in Thanh Hung 2 hamlet, February 5, 2026).
Ms. Tran Thi Mong Nghi, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh My commune, shared: “The bridges being built to commemorate the first anniversary of the unification of Ca Mau province aim to replace the old bridge system that has been in use for over 20 years. The old bridges are in serious disrepair, posing many safety risks for people using them, especially during the upcoming rainy and stormy season.”
Construction begins on Thanh Phuong Bridge, Hamlet 17, Vinh My Commune.
Over the years, the removal of temporary bridges and the upgrading of rural transportation infrastructure have always been a top priority for the local government of Vinh My commune. Prior to this, in 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh My commune successfully mobilized resources and began construction of two new bridges, contributing to changing the rural landscape and facilitating easier travel and trade for the people.
Construction has begun on a series of bridges to improve the dilapidated condition of rural roads.
The continuous commencement of new transportation projects not only helps to improve rural infrastructure in Ca Mau but also brings great joy and ensures safety for students and local people as the rainy and stormy season approaches.
