According to Nguyen Thanh Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, tourism is oriented to become a key economic sector in accordance with the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. In 2025, tourist areas/destinations in the province are expected to welcome 8.8 million visitors, including 160,000 international visitors, generating tourism revenue of 6,500 billion VND.
By 2026, the province aims to attract approximately 10 million tourists, including around 200,000 international visitors, generating tourism revenue of approximately 8,000 billion VND. Among these, the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area has long been considered a "magnet" for Tay Ninh tourism, attracting millions of visitors annually and acting as a leading force in the development of the tourism ecosystem surrounding the mountain.
In recent years, thanks to the attraction and spread of the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area, the surrounding areas in the wards of Binh Minh, Tan Ninh, Long Hoa, Hoa Thanh, and the communes of Duong Minh Chau, Ninh Thanh, Chau Thanh, Tra Vong, and Tan Phu have become more vibrant.
Visitors to this area have many choices of dining, entertainment, and accommodation options, including homestays, mountain-view cafes, restaurants specializing in forest and seafood dishes, vegetarian restaurants, eco-tourism check-in points, and weekend campsites. The booming tourism industry has contributed to creating additional livelihoods for local people and has also motivated businesses to invest in developing various types of tourism services.

Nestled amidst the lush greenery of the Dương Minh Châu semi-mountainous region, Võ Nguyên Vũ's 7-Săng mulberry garden is a fascinating highlight on the map of eco-tourism experiences. With over 300 mulberry trees grown organically, visitors can pick ripe mulberries themselves, enjoy mulberry-based products such as mulberry juice, syrup, mulberry wine, and many other dishes with the distinctive flavors of Tây Ninh countryside.
Mr. Pham Thanh Phong (a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City) said: “I feel that Tay Ninh tourism is moving towards ‘green’ tourism, ecotourism, and experiential tourism in a clean environment. After my trip to Tay Ninh, I hope to have the opportunity to return and explore more.”

At BaDen Farm (Binh Minh Ward), the modern greenhouse model for growing grapes and cantaloupes not only provides clean agricultural products but also serves as a tourist attraction and a high-tech agricultural experience for visitors. The feeling of directly harvesting clean produce and enjoying it on the spot is particularly enjoyable for families and groups of young people.
Nguyen Trung Dong, Director of BaDen Farm Agricultural Tourism Company, shared: “We built a farm and restaurant system so that tourists can visit and experience the melon and grape gardens, and enjoy Tay Ninh specialties such as sun-dried rice paper, wild vegetables, grilled chicken, shrimp salt,… or various fresh fruit juices right at the farm.”
With the aim of making tourism a key economic sector, the province is promoting tourism around Ba Den Mountain through linkages to leverage resources for mutual development. The province also encourages communes, wards, and residents to develop farmstay and homestay models linked to high-tech agriculture, OCOP products, local specialties, and traditional craft villages. This is considered a solution that both expands tourism products and enhances the economic value of rural areas.
When the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area – “a new symbol of Vietnam’s spiritual tourism” – connects with the Cao Dai Holy See, Go Ken Pagoda, the system of historical and cultural relics including the tomb of Quan Lon Tra Vong, the ancient Chot Mat tower, the Central Committee Base of the Southern Region, Lo Go - Xa Mat National Park, as well as the ecological agricultural area surrounding Ba Den Mountain... it will create a self-contained chain of experiences, making the visitor's journey meaningful and emotionally rich.
