Prior to his appointment as Deputy General Director, he held the position of Director of the Large Corporate Clients and Investment Banking Services Division at OCB since March 3, 2023.
Forecasting OCB's Q4/2025 business results, core operations are expected to continue growing compared to the previous quarter. Credit growth will focus on specific priority sectors, with SMEs increasing by over 30% and green credit outstanding increasing by over 10%.
The recovery and handling of bad debts have been intensified and yielded good results, service income has increased sharply, and consequently, profits are expected to grow by double digits and reach over 90% of the planned target.
Previously, OCB announced its Q3/2025 financial report with pre-tax profit reaching VND 1,538 billion, a threefold increase compared to the same period last year, thanks to continued growth in core business activities. Cumulative profit for the first nine months reached VND 3,431 billion, a 34.4% increase compared to the first nine months of 2024. Technology will continue to be a core area that OCB will focus on in the coming period to create a foundation for sustainable development for the bank.
As of September 30, 2025, OCB's total assets reached VND 315,162 billion, showing growth compared to the beginning of the year and achieving 99% of the plan. Market 1 deposits reached VND 219,998 billion, an increase of 14.3% compared to the beginning of the year. Market 1 credit outstanding was VND 202,863 billion, an increase of 12.4% compared to the beginning of the year. Of which, outstanding loans to customers increased by 13.7%, reaching VND 200,054 billion.
