Thach Ha district trade union currently has 111 units with 3.509 union members. Last term, trade unions at all levels mobilized union members to contribute over 2 billion VND; organized visits, subsidies and gifts for over 1.700 turns of union members and workers in extremely difficult circumstances with an amount of over 2,3 billion dong; support visit, encourage more than 500 union members, workers damaged by floods ... with the amount of over 1.450 million.
Propaganda and mobilization of union members and civil servants, public employees and employees to innovate, create positive changes. For the 2017-2022 term, the district Confederation of Labor held 13 conferences to propagate and disseminate legal education for 1.650 turns of union members and employees; coordinate in communicating and disseminating legal policies on labor contracts, wages, social insurance and health insurance.

In the next term, the trade union of Thach Ha district sets the general goal of: Continue to innovate the content and mode of operation; take care of the material and spiritual life, represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members. Strengthen propaganda, education, improve political skills and professional qualifications for employees. Mobilizing and developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions. Extensively organizing the patriotic emulation movement, successfully completing the set targets and tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals; to build Thach Ha up to advanced and sustainable rural rural district standards.
