Putin pays an official visit to Mongolia.

Russian state television broadcast footage of President Putin's plane landing in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. At the airport in Ulaanbaatar, Putin was greeted by an honor guard dressed in traditional attire. Mongolian leaders welcomed the Russian delegation at the airport.

Traditionally, the Russian president uses an Aurus vehicle displaying the Russian flag when traveling abroad, and this time, he also left the airport in this car.

The Russian President's visit will last two days. Putin will hold bilateral talks, including a meeting with Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, as well as sign several documents and lay a wreath at the monument to Soviet Marshal Georgy Zhukov.

Putin and the Mongolian leader will also attend a ceremony marking the 1939 victory of Soviet and Mongolian forces over fascist Japan in World War II.
