Comrades Nguyen Trong Nghia, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Political Bureau, Minister of Public Security ; Dr. Hoang Trung Dung, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House, presided over the conference.
The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation with police departments in provinces and cities. At the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department, Colonel Tran Van Muoi, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, and representatives from various professional units were in attendance.

At the beginning of the conference, delegates listened to the announcement of a letter from General Secretary To Lam addressed to the conference. General Secretary To Lam highly appreciated the Central Party Committee of the Public Security Ministry's coordination with other units in organizing the National Scientific Conference, affirming that this is a very important and meaningful activity, in line with the requirements and tasks of building the People's Public Security force in the new situation.
In the letter, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: Our country is entering a new era, an era of national resurgence with many advantages and new opportunities, but also facing many difficulties and challenges. The task of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety is becoming increasingly important and arduous.
To fulfill its assigned mission, the People's Public Security Force needs to be comprehensively, profoundly, and strongly built in terms of politics, ideology, organization, personnel, and logistics and technology. Among these, the revolutionary ethical standards of the officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Force are extremely important in building a politically and ideologically strong People's Public Security Force.

At the conference, delegates and scientists affirmed that over the past 80 years, under the leadership of the Party and the State, the police force has continuously developed and matured, achieving many outstanding accomplishments in protecting national security and social order, while always setting an example in upholding revolutionary ethical standards and protecting the socialist foundation. These achievements clearly demonstrate the pioneering role of the police force in building and protecting the country.
At the seminar, the participants affirmed that the People's Public Security Force needs to be comprehensively, profoundly, and strongly built in terms of politics, ideology, organization, personnel, and logistics and technology. In particular, the revolutionary ethical standards of the officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Force are extremely important for building a politically and ideologically strong People's Public Security Force.
With meticulous preparation and the participation of numerous scientists and a large number of officers and soldiers in the force, the workshop provided further scientific arguments, deepened the theoretical and practical value, and supplemented and perfected the revolutionary ethical standards of police officers and soldiers in the new era. The success of the workshop will make an important contribution to the implementation of the Politburo's Regulation No. 144-QD/TW on the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and Party members in the new era and the Politburo's Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation…
