In the first quarter of 2026, the Party Committee of Hoa Chau Ward focused on leading the implementation of socio -economic development tasks and maintaining stability in the area. Specifically, trade and service activities maintained a relatively strong growth momentum, with total retail sales of goods and service revenue estimated at 798 billion VND, an increase of 13.39% compared to the same period; local budget revenue was estimated at 5.409 billion VND. Land management and construction order were prioritized; the ward processed 26 construction permit applications, issued 37 land use right certificates, and handled 4 cases of administrative violations in the land sector.

At the conference, the Party Committee of Hoa Chau ward directed the development of a tourism development plan; effectively exploiting the potential of ecological and cultural tourism; researching and proposing tourism development associated with the Ru Cha and Con Te areas, ensuring environmental protection and sustainable development. Along with that, they reviewed and improved the criteria for civilized commercial markets at Bao Vinh, Tay Ba, and Van Quat Dong markets; developed safe vegetable production according to VietGAP and organic standards; continued to promote administrative reform, digital transformation, strengthen administrative discipline and order, and emphasize the responsibility of leaders.
