Recently, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the Ninh Thuan Province Open Cycling Race 2025 - Trungnam Group Cup, the tournament was held within the framework of the Ninh Thuan Province Culture, Sports, Tourism and Cuisine Week 2025, which was also the occasion of the April 30 and May 1 holidays, so it attracted a lot of tourists to participate and cheer.
The race is not only a playground for sports enthusiasts but also a community-building event, promoting the development of local tourism. Thanks to these sports tournaments, many tourism services such as accommodation, cuisine, and transportation in the province have also increased, contributing to the growth of the province's tourism economy . According to statistics, during the holiday season alone, the whole province welcomed more than 215,000 visitors, with tourism revenue estimated at 320 billion VND.
In Ninh Hai, the traditional Dam Nai Dragon Boat Race is an annual event, not only for sports but also associated with the traditional cultural values of the locality. Aiming to arouse the passion for sports in the community, while creating opportunities for people and tourists to experience interesting activities on the water, the dragon boat race is an activity imbued with the cultural identity of fishermen in coastal areas, contributing to enriching tourism activities in the province.
