According to the decision, the Working Group is responsible for preparing a list of land recovery and annual land use plans for land areas and land plots expected to organize auctions of use rights. At the same time, carry out land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement of lands and land plots according to land use rights auction plans for each year and each period and land plots under fund exploitation projects. Land in the vicinity of traffic projects in the province to create capital to develop assets and road traffic infrastructure.
In addition, the Working Group is responsible for: preparing, submitting for appraisal and approval of detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 or shortened detailed planning, investment policies before auctioning land use rights according to regulations; Review and submit updated adjustments to add land areas to the Housing Development Program for the period 2021 - 2030, housing development plan for the period 2021 - 2025 and period 2026 - 2030 in the province; Develop and submit for approval land use rights auction plans for each year, each period and land use rights auction plans, and decide on land use rights auctions for each land area and land plot. Resolve difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing other tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.
