The election is a great festival for the entire nation, demonstrating the people's right to self-governance in building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam, of the people, by the people, and for the people. This is an opportunity for women nationwide to exercise their rights and civic duties; and at the same time, wisely choose outstanding representatives in terms of character, ability, and prestige, who truly represent the will and aspirations of the people in the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.

Women in Hue City went to the polls early in the morning of March 15th.
Local authorities also focused on arranging polling locations that were convenient for voters, especially in mountainous areas, remote areas, border regions, and islands; and at the same time, developed flexible voting plans for certain special groups of voters such as the elderly, people with disabilities, people receiving treatment at medical facilities, or voters in detention centers.
