At Anh Hong Kindergarten (Phu Ninh commune), teacher Nguyen Thi Anh Thuy is remembered by colleagues and parents as a dedicated young teacher, and also a dynamic youth union secretary, always a pioneer in innovating methods and responding to emulation movements.
With the spirit of daring to think and daring to do, Ms. Thuy boldly applied information technology and digital transformation to management and teaching; brought artificial intelligence into lesson design, storytelling, image creation and building interactive activities suitable for children. She also shared experiences and supported colleagues in accessing technology, contributing to improving the quality of education at the school.
Not only is she professionally strong, Ms. Thuy and the school's teachers also carry out many volunteer activities, support people in carrying out public administrative procedures, and guide them in installing and activating level 2 electronic identification on smartphones.
The young teacher initiated many fundraising programs such as: "Small Plan Trip", "Selling Lucky Money Envelopes", creating more resources to take care of Tet for disadvantaged students and other meaningful activities.

This meaningful activity motivates Tien to excel in her studies, and at the same time demonstrates the sense of responsibility and sharing for the community of women and youth of Tam Xuan Commune Police.
“I am very lucky to have the commune police officers sponsor me and support me with my study expenses. I will try my best to study well so that I can have a stable job in the future and not let them down,” she shared.

Or in Dan Thuong village (Phu Ninh commune), many creative models maintained by the women's association for many years have become an important support for members and spread the spirit of charity in the community.
The most prominent model is the “Revolving Livelihood Cow” model, where members are supported with a breeding cow and when the cow gives birth to the second calf, it will be transferred to a more disadvantaged household. Thanks to this sustainable approach, the model has rotated three breeding cows with a total value of more than 50 million VND, contributing to reducing the poverty rate of the village to 2.04%.
In addition to livelihood support, humanitarian activities are implemented through the model "Flowers of everyday life", where members contribute their abilities to help the disadvantaged through practical work such as sewing clothes, donating necessities and providing financial support to disadvantaged households...
The association also maintains the model "Love breakfast - sharing 0 VND", connecting benefactors via social networks to support cases of serious illness.
