At Anh Hong Kindergarten (Phu Ninh commune), teacher Nguyen Thi Anh Thuy is mentioned by colleagues and parents as a dedicated young teacher, as well as an active youth union secretary, always at the forefront of innovative teaching methods and actively participating in emulation movements.
With a spirit of daring to think and act, Ms. Thuy boldly applies information technology and digital transformation to management and teaching; incorporating artificial intelligence into lesson design, storytelling, image creation, and the development of interactive activities suitable for children. She also shares her experience and supports colleagues in accessing technology, contributing to improving the quality of education at the school.
In addition to her strong professional skills, Ms. Thuy, along with the school's teaching staff, has implemented many charitable activities, assisting people with public administrative procedures, and guiding them in installing and activating level 2 electronic identification on smartphones.
The young teacher initiated several fundraising programs such as "Small Project Bus Trip" and "Selling Lucky Money Envelopes," creating additional resources to support disadvantaged students during Tet (Lunar New Year) and other meaningful activities.
"As a young person with technological advantages and ample time, I proactively work with the team to build a happy, green, safe, and friendly school model," Ms. Thuy shared.

In Tam Xuan commune, at the end of November 2025, the Women's Association of the Commune Police collaborated with the Youth Union of the Police to implement the program "Accompanying Children to School".
Women's association members and youth union members in the agency jointly contributed money to buy clothes, books, school supplies, etc., to support Phan Van Tien (born in 2014, residing in Phu Trung Dong village, Tam Xuan commune), who is an orphan whose father passed away.
This meaningful activity further motivates Tien to excel in her studies, while also demonstrating the sense of responsibility and community-oriented spirit of the women and youth of the Tam Xuan Commune Police.
"I am very lucky to have the local police officers sponsoring me and supporting my studies. I will try my best to study well so that I can have a stable job in the future and not let them down," she shared.

In Thang An commune, activities celebrating the first City Women's Congress, term 2025-2030, were organized practically with a focus on disadvantaged women and children.
Local authorities presented 20 gift packages (500,000 VND each) to support house repairs for near-poor women, creating conditions for them to have stable housing, work with peace of mind, and take care of their families; at the same time, providing educational support for orphaned and academically gifted students.
Meanwhile, in Viet An commune, the "Green Sunday" movement spread widely as the Women's Union of the commune mobilized officials, members, and people to clean up village roads, plant and care for flowerbeds along the roads, especially in self-managed sections.
The entire commune has 23/23 branches with over 200 members participating, contributing to building a green, clean, and beautiful rural landscape, while affirming the role of women in building new rural areas.
In Dan Thuong village (Phu Ninh commune), many innovative models maintained by the women's association for many years have become important supports for its members and spread the spirit of compassion in the community.
A notable example is the "Rotating Livelihood Cattle" model, where members are supported with a breeding cow, and when the cow gives birth to a second calf, it is transferred to a more disadvantaged household. Thanks to this persistent approach, the model has rotated breeding cows three times with a total value of over 50 million VND, contributing to reducing the village's poverty rate to 2.04%.
Besides livelihood support, humanitarian activities are implemented through the "Everyday Flowers" model, where members contribute their abilities to help the vulnerable through practical actions such as sewing clothes, donating essential goods, and providing financial assistance to disadvantaged households.
The branch also maintains the "Breakfast of Love - Sharing for Free" model, connecting philanthropists through social media to support cases of serious illnesses.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Thuy, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Phu Ninh commune, believes that the practical models of the Women's Union branch in Dan Thuong village not only help reduce poverty but also create motivation for women to be more confident, improve their status, and promote gender equality.
