Free restoration of martyrs' portraits

Towards the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, the Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs (HTGĐLS) organized a program to pay tribute to and honor heroic martyrs by recreating photos and portraits of martyrs and giving them to martyrs' families for free.

Accordingly, families of martyrs who have old black and white, peeling, or blurred photos of martyrs who need to have them restored realistically, with beautiful colors, and solemnly using new technology for worship will submit photos or take retakes of photos and send them via Zalo to local officials of the Department of Internal Affairs or officials and members of the Association of Martyrs and Martyrs before June 18.

After completing the restoration of the portrait, the Provincial Standing Committee will develop a plan to present the portrait directly to the martyrs' families or authorize it through local HTGĐLS chapters.

This is an activity of profound humanitarian significance to express gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence, freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the People.
