Restoring portraits of fallen soldiers free of charge.

Towards the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2), the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs (HTGĐLS) of the province is organizing a program to express gratitude and honor the heroic martyrs by restoring portraits and portraits of martyrs and presenting them free of charge to their families.

Accordingly, families of martyrs who have old, faded, black-and-white photos of their loved ones and wish to have them restored to their original, accurate, and dignified condition using new technology for worship should submit the photos or send new photos via Zalo to officials of the local Department of Interior or officials and members of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs before June 18th.

After completing the restoration of the portraits, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Association will develop a plan to directly present the portraits to the families of martyrs or authorize this through the local branches of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs.

This is an activity with profound humanitarian significance, expressing gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.
