During the "Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Day - Giving is Forever" event launched by the Ministry of Health , Miss World Vietnam 2025 Phan Phuong Oanh officially completed the registration procedures for organ and tissue donation.
Appearing youthful, intelligent, and compassionate, Phan Phuong Oanh impresses not only with her beauty but also with the positive values she wishes to spread to society. She considers her decision to donate organs a noble act, contributing to connecting lives and bringing hope to many patients awaiting organ transplants.
Sharing her feelings at the event, Phuong Oanh emotionally stated: "I am very happy and proud to be able to contribute a small part to spreading this meaningful message."

Phan Phuong Oanh, 23 years old, from Hanoi, was a top 10 finalist in Miss Vietnam 2022 before being crowned Miss World Vietnam 2025. The beauty queen is 1.73m tall with body measurements of 83-61-92 cm. She graduated with a degree in International Business from the National Economics University with a cumulative GPA of 3.63/4.0.
Since being crowned Miss World Vietnam 2025, Phuong Oanh has gradually shifted her activities to Ho Chi Minh City to facilitate her reign as Miss World Vietnam. Currently, the beauty queen actively participates in many events and community activities such as: Visiting and helping disadvantaged people at the Hiep Binh Chanh Center for the Protection of Disabled People, the Opening Ceremony of the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Sports Festival 2026, the Da Nang Ao Dai Festival, etc.
At the same time, Phuong Oanh is also preparing to improve herself to be ready to compete in the 74th Miss World pageant, which will take place in May 2027.
