In the past time, the 12th Corps has digitized and put into the archives of the Ministry of National Defense the records and results of handling administrative procedures under its authority according to the plan; presided over and coordinated with relevant agencies to guide and direct Division 312 and Military Medical Institute 5 to deploy the development of Electronic Medical Records and Electronic Health Records; deployed the application of the Document Management and Operation System for 100% of level 2 focal units; the rate of sending and receiving electronic documents using personal digital signatures reached over 98%.

Regularly review positions and titles of staff at all levels; organize selection and approval for annual training of technical and professional staff to achieve 100% of targets, ensuring strictness and good quality.

Along with that, the 12th Corps effectively deployed shared software applications; organized the pilot installation of the Command and Operation Information System software version 2.0; built and maintained the effective operation of the 12th Corps Electronic Information Portal.

Actively coordinate with Command 86 to synchronously and effectively deploy solutions to ensure information security on military computer networks; establish an incident response team, organize 24/7 monitoring and troubleshooting of network information security and network security incidents; strictly maintain a monitoring regime to grasp the situation in cyberspace.

Deploy network infrastructure at 100% of level 1 and level 2 units; expand internal computer network, connect to military data transmission network; maintain good television security system.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh assessed that the Party Committee, the Command of the 12th Corps, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units have led, directed and implemented synchronously and comprehensively the contents of administrative reform and digital transformation work; promoted the role and effectiveness of the Steering Committees at all levels; the awareness and responsibility of leaders, commanders, officers and employees of agencies and units have been significantly improved; the assigned targets and tasks and set goals and requirements have been well completed, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of management, command and operation activities at all levels in the entire Corps.

The Deputy Minister of National Defense requested that in the coming time, based on the achievements, the 12th Corps needs to continue to pay more attention to administrative reform and digital transformation work according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, considering this as one of the key political tasks to build a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical", thereby making the Corps a model unit, a pioneer in administrative reform and digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense.

Along with that, the 12th Corps needs to proactively review the tasks and targets on administrative reform and digital transformation in 2025 to include them in the implementation plan; actively and widely deploy the "Digital Education for All" movement according to practical conditions; focus on ensuring information security and network security. At the same time, closely coordinate with the competent agencies of the Ministry of National Defense to continue implementing administrative reform and digital transformation.
