“I was not invited to this event, but I put it like this partly in response to the event honoring Vietnamese cuisine on the world map, and partly as a goal for me to strive to be able to achieve my dream of being a Michelin star in the future,” added the owner.
It is known that Mr. You's noodle brand has nearly 10 years of seniority in Ho Chi Minh City. The shop used to be famous for the story of stewing 1 ton of bones every day in dozens of branches to make bone broth for customers.
Mr. You said that he is happy when Vietnamese cuisine is honored and strives for the restaurant to meet Michelin star standards in the future.
