The workshop aims to provide an overview of technology application in household waste management in the province. It seeks to raise awareness of the role and importance of technology application in household waste management in the locality; to seek solutions, policies, and models for promoting digital transformation, building and developing digital government, digital economy , and digital society. It also aims to encourage residents, households, and businesses in the locality to understand, adapt to, and apply digital transformation in minimizing solid waste generation, towards a waste-free Hue City.

At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing topics such as the current state of household solid waste management in the locality; the application of digitalization and digital transformation in the field of natural resources and environment – ​​household solid waste management in the locality; solutions for applying GRAC software: Digital transformation of household waste management – ​​a practical management model (SaaS ERP); and the application of microorganisms in waste treatment…

Delegates were also introduced to technological applications in household waste management, ensuring the consistent application of waste data from waste generators and public and private waste collection networks, thereby facilitating easier and more efficient waste collection network management.
