According to the leaders of Ba Vi Commune, currently there is heavy rain and strong winds so the authorities cannot specifically check the condition of this crack.

Currently, all households living in the affected areas have been evacuated. After the storm ends, Ba Vi commune will inspect the scene.

Regarding storm No. 13, currently in Ly Son Special Zone, high waves, combined with high tides, the road in Tay An Hai village had its walls destroyed by waves, water flooded in and flooded about 500 houses. Currently, Ly Son Special Zone and communes: Ba Vinh, Minh Long, Ngoc Linh, Mang But, Nghia Giang... some places have power outages.
