Accordingly, many sections of National Highway 1A through Ham Thang Ward, Lam Dong Province were deeply flooded, making it impossible for vehicles to travel. To ensure safety, authorities blocked the road and prevented vehicles from traveling. Along with Ham Thang Ward, National Highway 1A through Hong Son and Luong Son Communes was also flooded, making it impossible for vehicles to travel.
