Lien Huong People's Credit Fund announces changes in its operations

- Pursuant to Decision No. 105/QD-KV10, dated April 21, 2025 of the State Bank, Region 10 Branch.

Lien Huong People's Credit Fund announces its activities as follows:

1. Charter capital of Lien Huong People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024: VND 5,486,800,000 (In words: Five billion four hundred eighty-six million eight hundred thousand dong)".

2. Amend and supplement the operating contents according to Operating License No. 01/NH-GP dated July 13, 1995 issued by the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch, to Lien Huong People's Credit Fund as follows:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers of Lien Huong People's Credit Fund.

- Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Lien Huong People's Credit Fund.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.
