Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nga, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Kieu Ward, said that in recent times, social welfare work has always been a priority for the Party Committee, the government, and the Fatherland Front, resulting in many positive outcomes. However, there are still difficult circumstances in the area that require timely attention and support. This model not only provides material support but also serves as a great source of spiritual encouragement, demonstrating the sharing and solidarity of the community with those in need. Each bag of rice given represents a heartfelt gesture, a noble act, contributing to spreading profound humanitarian values in society.
The leaders of Ninh Kieu ward presented letters of thanks and flowers to the participating units.
For the model to operate effectively and sustainably, the cooperation and contributions of religious institutions, organizations, individuals, businesses, and all the people in the area are essential. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Kieu Ward calls on agencies, units, and philanthropists to continue to pay attention to and support the model, so that more and more "Social Rice Bags" can be delivered to the right people, at the right time, and in the right need.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nga respectfully acknowledged and thanked the 9 units that supported 1,000 bags of rice (equivalent to 5 tons of rice, with a total value of 100 million VND) to be distributed monthly to disadvantaged households in the area.
