Located in Bac Chau Giang (Phu Ly City) – an area planned as the future administrative center of Ha Nam province, with integrated infrastructure, Sun Urban City is only 50 km from Hanoi, a 45-minute drive away. The project is developed according to the model of a "suburban resort city with 1,001 amenities," where the elderly have ecological spaces to stroll, gather with their children and peers, and receive comprehensive healthcare with nursing homes and specialized hospitals; children can immerse themselves in novel recreational experiences; and young people have many artistic spaces to unleash their creativity…
Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of city life and the familiar, repetitive daily routines filled with worries about making ends meet, residents of Sun Urban City will "live a vibrant life" in a space brimming with greenery, featuring a well-planned layout, convenient transportation, easy access to all directions and modes of transport, and a complete system of amenities that elevates the standard of living for people in Ha Nam and the Northern region.
Sun Urban City, a modern urban development, boasts a central location with excellent transportation connectivity: "road - rail - air" in the "heart" of Ha Nam province.

In terms of road access, the project offers easy connectivity to major transportation routes such as National Highway 1A, the Phap Van – Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway, connecting to provinces east of Hanoi via Thanh Tri Bridge and to provinces west-north of Hanoi via the elevated Ring Road 3. Notably, when the Phu Thu interchange, a 3-level interchange near the project on the Phap Van – Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway, valued at VND 1,400 billion, is completed in 2025, it will connect to the Capital Region's Ring Road 5, complementing Ring Roads 3, 3.5, 4, and future expressways connecting Ha Nam with Thai Binh and Nam Dinh, creating a complete transportation network. All routes from Hanoi and the northern provinces will converge on Ha Nam and the Sun Urban City.
Regarding railways, the North-South high-speed railway line is expected to begin construction in 2027 with a strategic stop at Phu Ly Station, passing through the provinces of Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, and Thanh Hoa, facilitating trade connections between Ha Nam and the Northern Key Economic Region and the rest of the country.
In terms of air transport, the second airport in the Capital Region is planned to be built in Ung Hoa - Phu Xuyen district (Hanoi), only about 15 minutes away from the project location, opening a gateway connecting Ha Nam in general and Sun Urban City in particular with the rest of the country and internationally.
Phu Ly, Ha Nam, is also the confluence of three famous rivers: Chau Giang, Nhue, and Day, creating auspicious feng shui for long-term residential projects. It also serves as a central hub connecting the heritage of the "Doi Mountain, Chau River" region, rich in cultural deposits with nearly 2,000 historical relics and numerous scenic spots. These rich cultural and historical traditions will be carefully selected and elevated by the investor in the Sun Urban City project.
Spanning 420 hectares, Sun Urban City is considered the largest urban development project ever in Ha Nam. This expansive space in the southern suburbs of Hanoi allows the developer to create an ideal living, relaxation, and experiential environment surrounded by nature, with 200 hectares of green space and water features and a construction density of only 18%. A highlight is the complex of five large parks along with a range of high-class amenities, the first of their kind in Ha Nam and the Red River Delta region. Each park will have a different function and character, satisfying cultural and recreational experiences for all ages.
This is a uniquely designed festival park, with a 150-meter-wide, 1.5-kilometer-long boulevard, the largest of its kind in Vietnam and the region. Here, Sun Urban City residents can immerse themselves in a vibrant festival atmosphere day and night, enjoying a brilliant life 365 days a year. The cultural park features a fireworks display in the middle of the lake, a brewery, an event square… all illuminated nightly by Sun Group with spectacular fireworks displays and modern entertainment activities.
Sun World Park, spanning nearly 20 hectares, includes a water park inspired by the traditional water puppetry culture of the Northern Delta region and the indoor park Wonder Land, offering a leading and captivating experience.

Meanwhile, the sports park surrounding the Ha Nam multi-purpose arena is where residents can freely exercise with a system of modern equipment. The ecological park will become a children's playground paradise, where the investor Sun Group is pioneering the bringing of the world-renowned Kid Universal complex to Vietnam, creating an ideal space for play, learning, and exploration for "young residents" of all ages with a supermarket, ice cream shop, candy shop, indoor sports, career center, museum, etc.
“Sun Urban City is committed to providing a better living environment for residents with synchronized infrastructure and complete amenities, contributing to local development, especially transforming the appearance of Phu Ly City in particular and Ha Nam in general, helping to realize the goal of making Phu Ly a Class I city by 2030 and Ha Nam a centrally-governed city by 2050,” a representative from Sun Property shared.
With easy and convenient transportation, integrated amenities, and diverse cultural and entertainment experiences, Sun Urban City will not only be an ideal suburban resort city south of Hanoi, but also promises to become a new tourist attraction in Ha Nam, realizing the goal of welcoming 10 million tourists by 2030 and becoming a must-visit destination for visitors.
