Launch of poetry collection 'Beloved Countryside'

Author Truong The Dung at the launch of the poetry collection "Beloved Countryside".

Beloved Homeland consists of 192 poems, mostly composed in the six-eight meter, besides there are seven-word eight-line poems and free verse. The content of the collection of poems praises the love of homeland, country, especially the land and people of Thai Nguyen . Besides, many poems depict the revolutionary spirit, honoring the heroic children who sacrificed for the Fatherland.

In addition to familiar themes about family and life, Truong The Dung's poetry also has an existential color with concerns about human fate, the changes of the times, and the meaning of existence.

With flexible writing style, simple yet profound language, the book of poems has a natural harmony between content and form. The unique perspectives on landscapes and people appear realistic, rich in emotion, leaving an echo in the hearts of readers.

Loving Countryside is the second collection of poems by author Truong The Dung, following the success of Huong Que (published in mid-2023). The work continues to affirm the author's passion for writing, while contributing to enriching the flow of literature and art in Thai Nguyen.
