Reviewing the preparations for the opening of the Ninh Binh Traditional Craft Village Space.

On April 28th, the Department of Tourism conducted an inspection and review of the preparations for the opening ceremony of the Ninh Binh Traditional Craft Village Space.

The Ninh Binh Traditional Craft Village is located in the Dong Gung Bus Station area, Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu city. It comprises wooden houses with traditional designs that reflect the spirit of the Northern Vietnamese countryside. Visitors can immerse themselves in the atmosphere of famous Ninh Binh craft villages such as Van Lam embroidery, Kim Son sedge weaving, and Bo Bat pottery.

On-site inspection revealed that preparations for the event are essentially complete. Items such as the traditional handicraft exhibition area, the main stage, the sound and lighting systems, security and order arrangements, and environmental sanitation are being implemented on schedule, ensuring quality and aesthetic appeal.

The Kim Son Traditional Sedge Weaving Village space has been completed and put into operation.

During the meeting, members of the Ninh Binh Traditional Craft Village Self-Management Team approved the regulations, scope, and content of their activities. They also proposed several ideas for the sustainable development of the craft village, aiming to make it a place for honoring, exchanging, and developing traditional crafts in Ninh Binh.

The opening ceremony of the Ninh Binh Traditional Craft Village Space, part of the "Heritage for Life" program, took place from May 2-4 with many unique and attractive activities. This promises to be a meaningful space to honor the cultural values ​​and traditional crafts of Ninh Binh; and at the same time contribute to promoting tourism development associated with the preservation of local culture.
