Sam Van Vinh, a worker at Everwin Precision Vietnam, said that after three years of working there, this year he received the highest Tet bonus ever, double his monthly salary. "Not only me, but many of my colleagues are very excited. The high Tet bonus shows that the company is operating efficiently and truly cares about its employees," Vinh shared.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Everwin Precision Vietnam Company, this year all employees in the company are guaranteed a warm and joyful Tet holiday. In addition to an average Tet bonus of over 5.5 million VND per person, equivalent to a 13th-month salary, employees also enjoy many other benefits such as Tet gifts from trade unions at all levels, cultural and recreational activities leading up to Tet, and close attention from the company's leadership.

Ms. Trang stated that, given the company's foreign investment nature, the Tet bonus system is based on labor performance and categorized by rank. However, generally speaking, most employees feel recognized upon receiving the Tet bonus, which further enhances their love for their work and work environment. "The bond between employees and the company has become a cultural hallmark of the organization," Ms. Trang emphasized.

A company representative stated that this year's Tet bonus is equivalent to one month's basic salary, continuing the company's policy of increasing bonuses year after year. In addition, the company is also giving Tet gifts and providing financial support for departments and divisions to organize their own year-end parties, creating a warm and festive atmosphere before the New Year.

At the recently held year-end party, employees not only enjoyed cultural performances but also participated in a raffle with many valuable prizes. Notably, there were grand prizes including Alpha motorbikes, along with dozens of other prizes such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and rice cookers. On this occasion, the company also rewarded individuals who achieved outstanding results in labor and production, as well as those who excelled in ensuring workplace safety.

To ensure every worker has a warm and joyful Lunar New Year.

In the public sector, the implementation of Decree No. 73 has brought about positive changes in the Tet bonus system for teachers and education officials. For the first time in many years, the issue of teachers' Tet bonuses is being discussed with more enthusiasm, as the bonus payment mechanism is linked to job performance and is transparent and clear. According to many opinions, this is a practical source of motivation, helping the teaching staff feel secure in their work and prepare for Tet with a more relaxed mindset.
