Ramos has ventured into management and business. |
According to Globe Esporte , Ramos is currently a member of the Five Eleven Capital investment fund, which is in negotiations to acquire a stake in Juventude FC, a professional football club in Brazil.
Last week, the two sides held an online meeting to resume negotiations that had taken place last December. Five Eleven Capital is expected to soon submit the first draft of the contract for review by Juventude's legal department.
Notably, the proposed investment package is worth up to 400 million Brazilian real (approximately $76.3 million ), in exchange for 90% of Juventude's shares, while the remaining 10% would remain under the club's ownership.
According to the preliminary agreement, Juventude will retain its annual revenue streams such as broadcasting rights, while continuing to manage its key assets, including its training center and the Alfredo Jaconi Stadium. If the deal goes through, it would be one of the most significant investments in Brazilian football in recent times.

Ramos has already prepared a plan for after he retires. |
Professionally, Juventude is in quite positive form. The blue-and-white team has qualified for the quarter-finals of the Gauchão State Championship and is preparing to face Sao Jose. In addition, they will also participate in the Copa do Brasil and the Brazilian Second Division (Serie B) this season.
Meanwhile, Ramos is actively involved in business, showing an interest in managing and running sports clubs. Before Juventude, Ramos and his investment fund also submitted an offer worth over $470 million to acquire shares in Sevilla, the club where the Spanish central defender grew up and spent the early stages of his career.
At 39 years old, Ramos has yet to decide whether to retire after leaving Monterrey in the Mexican league. He has also left open the possibility of returning to play in Europe, having previously received contact from Sevilla.
