Real Madrid have confirmed that Eder Militao will be out for four months after tests revealed he has torn his left bicep and damaged tendons near his hip. The injury occurred in the first half of the match against Celta Vigo in round 15 of La Liga on December 8. Militao rushed to stop Pablo Duran's acceleration, but suddenly grabbed his left thigh and lay down in pain. Vinicius immediately signaled to replace Militao. The subsequent MRI scan brought only bad news, as the medical team feared.
